Datasky's Training services have been developed in the knowledge that a successful ERP implementation requires a well designed comprehensive training programme synchronised with the projects roll out to include both Project Team and End User Training. The ultimate success of your project and the returns on invertment can only be realised by having well educated confident users.  

As ERP Training has to be designed and delivered on a large scale over short timeframes across multiple sites it is necessary to deploy a blended combination of Traditional Train-the-Trainer instructor led training with self paced e-learning programmes. Our "roll based" delivery methods ensure that the training is specifically targeted towards similar groups of users whose learning experiences are enhanced by utilising process based training materials.

Training Programme Management
 ERP end user training has to be delivered on a large scale in a number of locations over a short time frame in parallel with the systems roll out. This take a specific type of Management and experience to understand the complexities involved and to determine accurate timescales and the most efficient delivery mechanisms.

 Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
 The basis for a successful training programme is understanding the scope of the assignment and determining the subject matter and audience. Datasky's TNA will typically take around 7 to 10 days during which time we will fully scope the training requirements. We will look at the most suitable training method for each type of user (executive, technical, administrator) as well as the timing against the overall project plan. In addition we will  go beyond the traditional "skills gap" analysis and review all areas of communication to support the project's Change Management programme.

Instructor Led Training (ILT) 
Datasky have the ability to deliver ILT Training on your doorstep. Our instructors are extremely experienced and have frequently implemented the Oracle applications so are familiar with the products, functionality and processes. Whilst we normally deliver end user training as part of an extensive training programme we are also able to offer one off training courses and/or workshops to specific customer requirements. In all cases our training courses are full customised to reflect your Business processes.  By providing training with relevant data elements, screenshots and terminology we ensure the best results. Most courses are around 2-3 days in duration and would normally take 2 days to prepare providing the business processes have been fully documented in advance. 

Self-Paced Training 
Self paced learning options are is normally utilised when a company has large numbers of users to train over dispersed locations. Datasky's customised recorded training programme utilises tools that provide a cost effective method of training users. Whether it is an upgrade of the current system or a brand new implementation the self paced training can be deployed rapidly and cost effectively.

Customised "Self-Paced" learning is ideal when:

• the training audience is geographically dispersed
• the topic has a broad audience difficult to schedule in classroom environments
• the subject matter requires timely updates
• the audience has easy access to the internet or company intranet
• the scope of the subject matter can be broken down to small independent modules

Train- the-Trainer Programmes
 This is the most difficult area of training to complete for an organization . It generally puts great pressure on the selected trainers asked to train their peers, managers and colleagues. Courseware development  
Datasky has extensive experience of developing Oracle e-business suite training materials. Utilising a combination of business process documents and/or development tools, such as Oracle Tutor or Knowledge Solutions, we can rapid develop process based courseware material. We define the content of each course and develop appropriate materials based on current business processes and roles. • Scope

The  deployment of a comprehensive training and education programme for over 250 Oracle e-business suite users across 12 countries for a Global Telco Company. This challenge was compounded by having yo meet the requirements associated with the diversity of personnel where 13 different roles were impacted by the new Oracle system ranging from Account Managers, Service Managers and Finance users.

In order to fully comprehend and respond to the scope of the assignment Datasky conducted a detailed Training Needs Assessment (TNA) over a 10 day period. The goal of the TNA was to determine the scope of deliverables, the course curriculum design (role based), the best training and support approach and the most appropriate tools to deliver the training.
