Inatech Solutions Offshore Development Centres are Centres of Excellence for Oracle, Microsoft technologies and Managed Services. Our Centres draw upon knowledge and best practice gained working on multiple software products across various technologies, domains and lifecycle stages. The individuals working within the Centres are technology leaders with broad expertise in their respective fields. Inatech Solutions staff have access to new technology trends and breakthroughs long before they come to market and can apply these learnings to client solutions.

Inatech's Centres are often used during Proof of Concept stages of development and customers can take advantage of our state-of-the-art environment, a dedicated demonstration facility and Inatech’s experts on hand to develop first-to-market technologies. The Centres focus on specific industry domains (Construction, Real Estate, High Technology, Manufacturing, Retail and Transportation, Public Sector, Automotive, Telecom) enabling clients to tap into relevant expertise. Centres communicate and share knowledge with each other to leverage their specialized expertise for all clients. Our centres offer clients ways to explore in order to maximize innovation and results.

Inatech Solutions has an internal information portal deployed to detail out all the learnings from multiple projects with password-based access to the employees concerned. All the documentation – case studies, design documents, specification documents, presentations, white papers, brochures, versions, architecture diagrams and other documents are systematically recorded for instant reference. Our ODC Practice Head is responsible for the continuous improvement of activities within each centre. Cross training between staff from various centres happens frequently and staff publish white papers and participate in paper presentations at various meetings and summits.

Inatech Solutions sets up Centres of Excellence for clients at our offshore development centre in Bangalore, India. Inatech Solutions ODC helps clients take advantage of technological know-how, cost benefits and reduces time to market.

As part of the set up of a client Centre of Excellence, Inatech Solutions establishes a physical location for the client assigning office equipment and a development environment as well as resourcing professionals with relevant skills to manage the program. In the second phase, the functional processes are set up, which will be implemented and improved upon throughout the life of the ODC. A detailed discussion is held to decide on communication protocol, operational efficiency/reporting structure and specific roles and responsibilities. Key issues such as project delivery methodology, escalation procedures, protection of IP, exit policies, security and backup policies, ramp up and ramp down, risk management plans, attrition issues, cultural integration, transition and skill orientation are discussed in–depth and finalized.
