Quality is the key to our goal; We started our Quality Journey in 2007 by establishing a dedicated QA team with certified quality professionals and Processes for different types of projects. We recently benchmarked our processes through SEI-CMMI level 3 assessment by KPMG in 2009 and ISO 9001:2008 by BSI in 2010. We started practicing ITIL practices, and continuously striving to automate our management and engineering processes. In this aspect we implemented PROJVEDA (DIGITE) project management tool (It is a complete project management tool covering aspects like planning, scheduling, tracking, defect management, issue / risk management, time sheet monitoring and process management) in all our locations and implemented Sapphire tool for request tracking.

Commitment to Processes

Inatech is committed to grow further in this direction. A roadmap to achieve ISO 20000 and SEI-CMMI Level 5 has been put in place. The management is committed to adopt and encourage such globally proven business performance models. Inatech is strategically placed to add value to our clients.
